I'm Chloe, and I'm here to help you through learning why creating a vision for your life is so important, how to navigate setting goals you aspire to work towards, help you shift your mindset to support those goals and keep you on track when setbacks arise.

These workshops are based on mindfulness, neuroscience, assertiveness, dialectical behavioural therapy, personal development and positive psychology.

I'm passionate about helping people who wish to create more life balance through life vision, goal-setting and mindset workshops, programs and art classes. Guiding people to regain peace, inspiration, and motivation is at the core of Chloe Greenberg Studio. 

Through mindfulness, neuroscience, positive psychology and various therapies, the life vision, goal-setting and mindset workshops offer ways to help you create actionable steps and systems that support you in life changes, managing stress, discovering and taking action on goals in all areas of life.
