You will have a community space to ask questions throughout the program and be guided and supported through any challenging areas. 
You will be guided through a carefully curated printable workbook based on neuroscience, positive psychology and my experience. 
Printouts will be available, providing further assistance and accountability in your journey after the program has finished.

I’ve felt deeply lonely, confused, and frustrated, knowing I deserved more out of life but not knowing how to achieve it.

I sought validation and love in the wrong places, driven by negative self-talk that made me doubt my worth. I’ve also experienced the disorientation that comes with grief, losing loved ones, parts of myself, and the life I thought I wanted, leaving me feeling lost and unsure how to move forward.

But I don’t want that for you. After some rude awakenings and major changes that I share in the program, I became much more kind to myself and confident in the direction of my life. I now feel so excited about life, more than ever before. 

I’m Chloe, and I’m here to guide you toward a more supportive mindset, a clear vision for your life, and the ability to move toward it while handling the emotional challenges that come with growth.

There is so much goodness in you. I’m here to help you peel back the layers that get in your way so you can experience the joy of living your favourite life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some may feel they have too many goals and become overwhelmed, or have none to consider. We will be using a variety of strategies to help you gain clarity on your future goals.
Yes - Slack and Zoom which are both free. Slack is where you will get to connect with the group in between sessions and where you can ask me questions. Zoom is where we meet for our online video sessions. You will be provided with instructions on how to install and prepare these before the program begins. 
If one session per week and carving out around 1-2 hours of homework per week is possible, you can do it! This is your life we're working on. You're worth the time!
Neither, I'm a coach. To keep definitions short, therapy and counselling focus on addressing and resolving issues from your past, whereas coaching is designed to help you get inspired by your future, helping you develop a stronger sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfilment. This program incorporates some therapeutic modalities and is supported by research in neuroscience.
