MEET YOUR HOST

I’m passionate about helping people who want more balance in their lives through workshops and programs focused on life vision, mindset, and goals. Guiding people to regain peace, inspiration, and motivation is at the core of Chloe Greenberg Studio.

I learned firsthand that wanting change isn’t the same as being supported through it. Habit consistency taught me that trust and compassion go further than pushing harder ever did.

Using tools and research rooted in neuroscience and various modalities, my programs and workshops help clients create actionable steps and systems that support sustainable life changes.

I’ve seen positive changes in my own life and in many others', and I can’t wait to share this with you!

This four-week in-person group program provides guidance, strategies, and support to build habits that stick and create lasting momentum in your daily life. Through practical tools, reflective exercises, and shared conversation, you’ll learn how to stay consistent, navigate obstacles, and develop routines that energize your goals. While the program centers on integrating one habit, the insights, systems, and confidence you gain will make adopting additional habits far easier long after the four weeks.
