I've felt deeply lonely, confused, and frustrated, knowing I deserved more out of life but not knowing how to achieve it. I sought validation and love in all the wrong places, driven by negative self-talk. I've also experienced the intense disorientation that comes with grief (loss of loved ones, relationships, connection to self and desire for life to be different), leaving me feeling lost and struggling to find a way forward. But I don't want that for you.
After facing some rude awakenings and making major changes that I share with you in the program, I've become more kind to myself and more confident in the direction of my life.
