I also used to struggle in all these ways. Low self-confidence showed up in my workplaces, in personal relationships and especially with myself. This left me feeling like an impostor, often. I'd numb out my true desires, wishes and opinions because I became so interested in fitting in to be loved, to be accepted and to be seen as successful. Lies here and there were not uncommon for me. And how would all that make me feel? Terrible!
I would start beating myself up and reinforcing the negative thoughts, believing them to be true... when they weren't. I was not a bad, unlovable, undeserving or unkind person. I would love to invite you to the Cultivating Confidence workshop where I share why you aren't either and how we can implement and practice tools that will help you build your self-confidence in a safe, small group environment.
Thursday, March ____
6:30pm - 8:30pm
Showing up to a class that feels like a bit of the unknown might be a bit daunting at first. I'm here to let you know that you are in the right place. Join a group of others who also want to learn to better handle self-doubt and live more in alignment with who you want to be through journaling, discussions and exercises we will explore together.
Developing self-confidence is a deeply personal journey. We will be gathering to support and uplift one another. It will also be a safe space to explore your feelings and challenges along the way, only if you choose to do so.
Join us for a workshop that will help you to develop a stronger belief in yourself which will help you with receiving the respect, recognition, authority, presence and kindness you deserve from yourself and others.

I’m passionate about helping people who feel they need more balance in their lives through life vision, mindset & goal-related workshops, programs and art classes. Guiding people to regain peace, inspiration, and motivation is at the core of Chloe Greenberg Studio.
Through mindfulness, neuroscience, positive psychology and various therapies, the programs and workshops help students create actionable steps and systems that support them in life changes, managing stress, discovering and taking action on goals.
