I also used to struggle in all these ways. Low self-confidence showed up in my workplaces, in personal relationships and especially with myself. This left me feeling like an impostor, often. I'd numb out my true desires, wishes and opinions because I became so interested in fitting in to be loved, to be accepted and to be seen as successful. Lies here and there were not uncommon for me. And how would all that make me feel? Terrible!
I would start beating myself up and reinforcing the negative thoughts, believing them to be true... when they weren't. I was not a bad, unlovable, undeserving or unkind person.
